I have Paint Shop Pro 2022 (64-bits) and I've had a problem: the keyboard no longer works.

I've tried everything and anything, and the keyboard shortcuts in the software no longer work (e.g. CTRL-C and CTRL-V to copy and paste, or CTRL-D to deselect and reset the selection).

1. Close Paint Shop Pro
2. Hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard
3. Click on the Paint Shop Pro software icon

This will reset the software preferences and delete the cache files.
